Hello Steve, I guess I was not clear in what I said. I was referring only to games with a sudden death time control. But, as someone else mentioned, when a game is a draw with "reasonable" play e.g. KRKR etc. it would seem that a 50 move rule is required when "unreasonable" people play. Jim Walker
