Some files in Win95 seem to have friends in high places - probably
the registry. Use the F8 key at startup to boot to a command prompt.
Then use "dir /a /o" to locate the file and "deltree FILENAME"
to blast it out of existence. This procedure works most of the time,
even on those pesky MSIExplorer index files which stick around after
the temporary internet files have been erased.
