There is no computer in every team in the Israeli league but only in 4 teams out
of 12.

The rules say that there is a comp-comp game if both sides play with computers.
Most of the human-computer games in the Israeli league are between masters and
computers and not between grandmasters and computers.

Why do you assume that Fritz is holland's clearly strongest chess software when
Rebel has better results against humans in the Israeli league?
