This assumption is clearly wrong for the top programs and the results of the Israeli league demonstrate it. The opponent can choose the human to play against the computer in the Israeli league and it gives some advantage to the humans but I expect 2600-2700 humans players to have better results even if the opponent team can choose the player to play against them.
