possible line is Rc1 Rd3+ Kh4 Kxf4 g3+ and I do not see the evaluation of
programs go up.

I believe that there is at least practical chances for white to draw in this
line.

I am not sure if the position is drawn because it is possible that there is an
idea to win g3 that is too deep for the computer and it is also possible that
black can win without a passed pawn in a similiar way that it is possible to win
sometimes KRB vs KR.
