Subject: Why is CCC slow with my new cable isp?

I just switched to a cable isp because it's cheaper than doing it with the phone
lines, and cable is faster with just about everthing _except_ the CCC forum.
This doesn't make ant sence to me at all.

Does anyone have any idea what my problem is?  When I use the old isp things go
back to being fast, but over the cable it's _very_ slow!  Aggrivating.
