Since you mentioned it, I checked in preferences and in Proxies, it's checked in "Direct Connection To Internet", the other 2 choices are "Manual Proxy Configuration" and "Automatic Proxy Configuration (asks for a url)" but I don't have a clue what to do with them. I don't think the person who came out to set things up did a good job. I think I need to talk to the people in tech support about this Monday, most things are now allot faster with the cable, but CCC is so slow it's torture. Pete
