Yes, I don't know if anythings intentional.  Luck's also a factor.  But I think
all of the programs that are in the first several places deserve to be there,
without a doubt, but I _don't_ think that the order of their standings is quite
as important as people make it out to be.  I think, look at the top ten, not the
order of the top ten.

I'm not qualified to do anything but offer an opinion (that's all I ever do
anyway).  I think each year the program's latest models will get more refined
and slightly stronger, but I doubt if any programs get significantly stronger
over a short period of time like one year.  A year is only a few days.
