What Exchess does in it's log file it to generate an epd postion for each move, I wish more programs did this, some might and I just don't know about it. Here's a game where Exchess beat me, displaying the epd positions with [D] after the opening. I cut the game way short, no need to show the whole thing. Hopefully I did this right.
