Hello Laurence,
I tested my Fritz 6a and it plays differently from yours even at move 71.  It
plays something like Ra4 with mate in 29 instead of your mate in 31.  I do not
have all 5 man tablebases though.  I only have about 4 gigs of what I considered
most important.  I might mention that my Fritz also does not suffer from the
error which Uri discussed earlier (Kf3 instead of Kh3).  I don't know what is
causing the error but maybe one of the tablebases that I don't have is the
problem.  My tablebase depth is the default 3.
