One thing I could have added is that I do have plans on setting up a papers
directory on my ftp machine.  I could certainly put the "DTS" paper from the
JICCA in there.  Unfortunately, Eugene has sucked every last byte from my ftp
drive with his 6 piece files.  I am working on a solution... :)
