It seems pretty good, yes.  Please note that Kasparovchess is doing somthing
like this on their web page.  You can download a client simular to Chess Base
Light, and the lesson file, plays in Real Audio, sychronized with the chess
board.  There are quite a few lessons available, Boris Alterman, and Sophia
Polgar, among others, and it is (so far!?), completely free.  I would be most
interested in what people here think of this...
