I did upgrade from Win95 OSR2 last week and it was using the 256 MB regularly as well. Fritz can enjoy the extra ram at slow time controls: you can igve him more than 128 MB of ram and still fill the hash sometimes. For sure if you use CB with two engines running and/or use the switch-engine of fritz you will benefit of the extra ram. Of course in the engine-engine matches it helps as well. Finally ram is very good for any mmedia app like an image manipulator. regrads Franz
