Win2k is the successor to NT, and it is based directly on NT's code, but a
tremendous amount of stuff has changed between the versions. I doubt anybody
could point to one thing and say it's why your program didn't work.

It might be helpful if you said _how_ your program didn't work. Was it seg
faulting?
