I have the AMIGA version of Sargon III; it came with a manual for the MAC.

The levels were as follows:
1 ... 5 sec. (60/5)
2 ... 15 (60/15)
3 ... 30 (60/30)
4 ... 1 min. (60/60)
5 ... 2 (30/55) ?!
6 ... 3 (40/1h50)
7 ... 6 (30/3h)
8 ... 10 (40/6h40
9 ... infinite

I'm not sure of course if the time settings are the same with the PC version.

Cyrus:
------
Level 1: 5 sec./move
Level 2: 10 sec./move
Level 3: 15 sec./move
Level 4: 20 sec./move
Level 5: 30 sec./move
Level 6: 45 sec./move
Level 7: 1 min./move
Level 8: 75 sec./move
Level 9: 90 sec./move
Level 10: 105 sec./move
Level 11: 2 min./move

Level 13: 150 sec./move
Level 14: 165 sec./move

This information could be printed from within the program somehow (?).
