That's not true, I have Win 2000 beta 3 installed and it just runs Rebel (a DOS
program) better than my Win 95!
Unfortunately, I could not run Chessmaster 5500. Maybe it's because I set up a
C: partition using NTFS 5...

3D games are slower, but playable if you have a good video card with a good
driver.
Hiarcs 7.32 runs well. Also does Power Chess and Shredder 4.0, Nimzo 2000,
Genius 6.5, Winboard and Crafties, and most Winboard engines.
