I do understand that traditionally the queen and the rook has a value of 9 and 5 points, but I do not see the reason for saying that changing these values will make a program play worst chess. I also matched fritz 6a and junior 6a against my new CM8888 setting using the same K6 II 500 Mhz P.C. in a shorter match of only 10 games, each of 15 minutes per side. I was surprise to see CM8888 win with a close margin of 5.5 to 4.5 against fritz 6a and 6 to 4 against Junior 6a. Ps: with current top programs it is doing fine so far, but yes probably in the future when the top programs learn to deal with this controversial setting, it might not be a good Idea to continue using this setting. But this setting will get most CM6000 owners a top program to beat, until further new versions of Fritz and Junior are released. Jorge
