My finger notes are quite clear. It is not my intention to play nothing but games vs a single program. With the manual programs, this has never been a problem, as the operators need a break after a few games. But since Tiger is automatic, it became a problem in that all I would see was games vs tiger. That doesn't help me detect or fix problems, and since I am writing this program, I reserve the right to test it however I want to get maximum benefit from the testing. I'd _much_ rather play 100 games vs GM players (as it has the past few days) vs 100 games against a single chess program. If I thought _that_ was important I would simply buy a copy of tiger and play the games offline rather than on a server. My opinion, my choice. I don't see why a "non-author" would want to take pot shots at what _I_ want to do. In any case, I am old enough to do what I want, when I want, how I want...
