Top programs do not participate because of ethical reasons. And now discussion with the TOP-programs about 1000$ and participating status. My critics is not against PERSONS or that another person should do the job. I do only see no sense in an organisation that prevents top-programs from participating instead of HELPING computerchess to grow. So I am not crying for the heads of some people, I am asking WHY or WHAT is the problem that Hiarcs or Mchess cannot participate ??? I would like to get some answers instead of heads.
