It looks like both, Mchess and Hiarcs do not participate because of problems with the icca in working out a compromise for participation of Mchess/Hiarcs with the 1000$ fee and the status. First they said there is no space for Mchess. Since Mr.Fischer was so gentle and withdrew HEUREKA, they now say: Marty has to pay. With Mark the problem is another. He says: I am no professional. They say: you are. He says: ok - I pay but I want to be named as emerge-pro. They say no. Comming to a result: it looks that wether Hiarcs nor Mchess participate due to totally unimportant definition-problems about the 1000$ fee and the status. Brilliant ! :-)
