That is the reason why I posted earlier that in order to beat Kasparov it would take a least three years and that is if Intel or AMD Promote such event which will encourage Kasparov to Play against the best P.C. Software at that given time. Also assuming that Intel or AMD can sucessfully launch a Dual SMP capable of a least 3 Ghz or probably 5 Ghz.
