Tinker stops early whenever:  a mate is found (but not being mated), a predicted
move was made and Tinker had more time to ponder than it would normally use to
search, or 1/5th the time has been used after a recapture.
Two short moves are not allowed in a row, but I may change this for very short
time controls.

I experimented with stopping early if the score remained the same for the last n
plys (beyond some miniumum depth), but this did not seem to work very well.

Of course, when to spend MORE time searching is another challenge...
