Subject: Recompile every time

My program is recompiling every time I run it in debug mode. I was wondering if
there is a compiler setting in MSVC 5.0 which forces this to happen (or not
happen). This has never happened with .cpp files, so I was also wondering if it
was happening with my program due to it using only .c files. I do not have my
current compiler settings here with me at work, but if nobody seems to know the
answer to this one, I may post them later this evening.
