This usually means time skew has happened.  One possible explanation is
daylight savings time.  Another is getting a source file from some archive
where the date is way wrong.

In any case, in unix I would simply suggest that you 'touch' the source files,
remove all the object files and the executable, and then recompile one last
time.  I will bet that the problem goes away if you can somehow get the source
files to have a current date/time, and then you dump the object (.obj) and
executable in case they have some bad dates).
