Sly:
Sly claimed to use an experimental engine for a while, but now is revealed to be
TCB (BTW, its rating did not change when it "switched" from the experimental
engine to TCB).

1: PSYCHO 201
2: AMD K7, 256 MB PC-100, Win NT
3: This is an experimental computer engine.
4: It is designed to play more like a human.
5: All the principles of gambit play are emphasized.
6: Gambit openings will be played almost exclusively.
7: You can expect that your king will be under attack.
8: This engine uses much more time than most computers.
9: I weigh positional factors and king attacks MUCH more highly than material.
10: All this together produces a very formidable computer opponent and some darn
fun games.
I am not saying all these guys are cheaters, but it is amazing that an
experimental engine on a 100 machine would be rated higher than scrappy. Horka
is quite possibly legitimate. It is quite strong too.
