I know that story about the Gurkha's the elite English regiment. One time a British officer was very disappointed when he asked volunteers for a dropping by plane in enemy territory. Half of the Gurkha regiment volunteered immediately, some after some doubts, the rest didn't. Very unusual for these fanatic and brave fighter soldiers. Later he got the explanation for it: the Gurkha's didn't understand they would be supplied with a parachute as they had to jump out of the plane. Yet half the regiment volunteered. That's the kamikaze spirit. No auto232 -softies :))) Jeroen ;-}
