Actually, if I only wanted to play one-armed monkeys with rubber boots on, and ICC had such a formula, I don't see the problem with doing so. I don't see this 'obligation' to play everyone. But as I said, any _human_ can easily ask me on a server and I'll certainly let them play. I do it all the time (check out swisse on ICC). But I don't want to play such games all day long, which is what used to happen before I started using a formula. 100 wins against a 1500 player is not exactly useful.
