This morning (Monday, October 13) at about 11:00 a.m. (New York time) we made some minor improvements to CCC so the board was down (on purpose) for a short time. My apologies to those of you who attempted to gain access during that time. Generally, if you are denied access or the site appears to be down, you should wait and retry in about 15 minutes.
