I understand and respect both your position and theory on this, but as most of you out there, I love to tweak things. The best situation would be FICS allowing for more than one (C) account.. I suppose I could state which engine plays which time control and stick with that? It is not my intention to be unfair for "trick" people, but I still like to play with settings and different engines as much or more than the next computer chess freak. -bryan
