I also made some formula tests about a year ago with Hossa. Hossa usually
accepts all players >= 1950 and has a rating of about 2400-2500. A year ago I
restricted the formula to match only strong humans and only played with inc=0.
The result was a rating of 2717 after only one week! Thats what I call
inflation!
