Crafty does a great job of analyzing positions, you'll see Crafty analysis
posted here all the time, and it also does a very good job annotating games, but
like all programs doing annotating, some of it's advice is very questionable.

If you need a gui to get the job done, then don't look at Crafty. The programs
by Chessbase do a good job of annotating games (things like Fritz, Hiarcs, etc.)
