I'm trying to make some sense out of this... > Yes, and my apology for the confusion. I am going to make it very clear in EvilSilicon's finger notes that it is a common "testing ground" for engines... Shredder is used for blitz and standard, and lightning is played with the Evil engine (which is not just my effort, but also Joseph Gardner and another gentleman that just wishes to be called "Gezerk.") Xeref is a project not related to my immediate group. Because it is of the same strength of the Shredder that runs on the 800mhz (and probably a bit stronger since Xeref runs on dual PIII-600s) - it shouldn't make a huge (if any) ratings deviation in blitz. Xeref plays online at FICS very rarely, and usually only when something specifically needs to be tested. Perhaps any further messages about this should be directed to me via email, as it might not interest CCC readers as a whole. -bryan
