Fics does allow people to own more than one computer account.  I myself run two,
and I know that at least one person has three.  As long as the second one is for
a completely different engine, I think you shouldn't have any trouble.  My first
engine runs TCB and sjeng (crazyhouse/bughouse engine) , and my second one is an
engine i wrote myself (its horrible).
