You can choose 60/game only if you choose blitz. If you choose tournament you must choose x minutes/y moves 10 minutes/40 moves+10 minutes/40 moves+5 minutes/game is defined as tournament time control. You can see that blitz can be slower than tournament time control under chessbase interface. Uri
