These rules expected you to develop an expert system that guesses when you had to go to the bathroom. My suggestion was: - Set the time whenever you please, to within 2 minutes of the correct time. - May not set incorrect time and MUST correct it if it is. These rules do not leave options for manipulation, and they prevent the obscene result of your program losing on time because you were forbidden to tell it what the time was. If you insist on fudging, you can do it so long as your opponent and the TD do not object. Better yet, do it programmatically where it is entirely your business. Amir
