If you enter a time it shoudl be the REAL time +/- 0 seconds. I can see situations where a demand by the opponent to make time adjustments coudl be used as a spoiler (rather like making time-wasting last minute substitutions at the end of football matches). So there should be a reasonably sized time discrepancy before the opponent can start making demands, maybe 2 minutes woudl be too small. So you want to adjust the clock - it must be +/- 0 secs accurate to reality Your opponent wants you to adjust your clock - it must be +/- N minutes wrong first. N=3 or 2 or 4 ?
