I am certain you would get a completely different ordering than the way they
are listed in the SSDF.

So which rating do you like best?  The one from blitz games?  Or the one from
standard games?  Which type of game will you have to win to (a) win the world
computer chess championship?  (b) win the world championship from Kasparov or
his successor?

Blitz is a _totally_ different game from standard.  You can do unsound things
in blitz and get away with it.  In standard you get pounded doing that.  As a
human player, I always play wild openings in blitz games, including things like
the Latvian. I _never_ play it in a tournament game as black, however...
