From my perspective the 3 things the current ICCA needs most are:

1. Glasnost (read: transparency, e.g. why they need to raise that $1000
fee and what they do with the money)

2. Democracy (read: ask your members how to proceed, let them vote on
important decisions)

3. Communication (read: establish platforms for communication, i.e. use
the internet, e.g. CCC to discuss and not only announce your goals)

Maybe all of you who go to Paris could start a discussion with the
current ICCA "bosses" about these topics? Number 3 would be especially
important for the rest of us ...
