Give me the name of your favorite program and I'll look thru my game history log and find an example. Everybody makes them at blitz time controls. Maybe a 1300 player won't see them, but a 2000 player certainly can. Not real often, but certainly not non-existant... Otherwise the computers would not lose blitz and bullet games vs strong humans on ICC, yet they do lose and not terribly infrequently.
