I do not know how well the book is selling (no numbers from the publisher yet). No, it should be as easy as ordering any other book in the US. Actually, one of the main reasons for choosing Vieweg Verlag as my publisher was that they operate under the Bertelsmann umbrella and team up with Morgan Kaufmann for international distribution. My logic was to ensure smooth worldwide availability of my book for all interested parties thereby. Unfortunately, this does not seem to work out as well as intended for the time being ... :-( I hope you are able to resolve your ordering problems soon. Good luck and take care, =Ernst=
