Subject: I am having tablebase problems with Crafty.

I have the 3, 4 and 5-man tablebases downloaded from Dr. Hyatt's site in the
folder C:\Winboard\TB and in my Crafty.ini I have:

egtb
tbpath=c:\winboard\tb

But the tablebases do not seem to work properly. Sometimes Crafty will find
them, but an error "illegal move" will come up. Other times Winboard will
perform an illegal operation while Crafty is using the tablebases, and finally
sometimes Crafty will not use a tablebase at all for a position which I have the
tablebase for. Does anyone know what is causing this?
