Rebel Century book's only shows:
A- 13... h5 14. f5 exf5 15. exf5 Bxf5 16. Ned4
B- 13... Qb6 14. f5 a5 15. Nf4 Qc5 16. fxe6 fxe6 17. g3
Ra7 18. Bh3
C- 13... Qb6 14. f5 e5 15. Ng3 h5 16. Bc4
I think 13...0-0 is a bad move, maybe until the decisive error.
