Or maybe you've played lots of Nunn2 tests with your Fritz and it has learnt how to handle it, meanwhile you played lots of normal openings with your Crafty and it learnt how to play that. Or it's just statistical fluctuation. Anyway, playing from a set of chosen openings is not quite the same as playing from the start. You shouldn't be surprised to get different results.
