I'm sorry if my statement offended you personally. Sometimes the discussions in
this forum reminds me of world war 1. Entrenched at both sides, bloody and using
a lot of poisoneus gas. The failure to raise a discussion about your questions
might be due to the fact that the general topic was discussed intensively in
other threads.
