What about the "handicap and fun" settings? Are these ignored by the
Hiarcs 6 module? I have noticed that I can weaken its play via the
"rated" game setting, although it seems to play stronger than Fritz will
play for the lower ratings (e.g. 1500 Hiarcs 6 seems stronger than  1700
Fritz).
