Possibly.  Currently, there is not enough evidence to form a clear conclusion.

This will never happen.  More data is always good, even if the data is crappy.
Crappy data can be discovered and thrown away.  If you have to plow through one
million bad ideas to find one good one, you still found a good one.  For the
forseeable future, GM's will have brilliancies that computers do not find.

There is no way to answer this question.  There may be an invention of an
incredible algorithm.  There may be a revolutionary advancement in hardware.

People can do whatever they like.  Trying to predict what that will be is
precarious at best.
