Subject: Suggestion, Authenticated news server mirroring CCC

News servers and readers already have Username/Password authentication
built in. Could the CCC message board be mirrored on a private news
server for those members that prefer the interface of their own news
reader.

This could also facilitate expansion. When the IDC server becomes
saturated additional servers could be added at other sites linked by the
existing news protocol.

When the moderated newsgroup is established the private servers could
remain to authenticate users that are capable of self moderation.
