One funny thing that happened was the last match was run
on two identical computers. One computer was allocated all
games then when I finished the 1 hour games on the other the
second comp was allocated games 13-20.
On the second computer Crafty won the first game #13.
The first computer overran since it was set to go to 20 games,
and on it Fritz 6 won game #13. The results posted reflect
Crafty winning however it is odd that on identical computers
each producing the same Fritzmark that this would happen and
it happens at the very first out of book move.
On the first comp F6 plays 13... dxe4 {0.03/13 548} That's 548 seconds.
On the second comp F6 plays 13... b5 {-0.03/12 175} 175 seconds and
different depth.
What determines when the program will move and at what depth or time?.
