You are right but all the games are games that can happen practically. If you want to test the engines and not the opening book and you want to test them in comfortable enviroment and not in an enviroment when one engine is not used to play the positions this is the only choice that I see. No I think that I will choose every opening from games if the opening is part of the opening book of both programs. I did not think about being selective in the choice of opening. Uri
