I disagree because Amir ban said in the past that Junior is not very sensitive
for hash tables.

I know that for most programs(fritz may be an exception) doubling the hash
tables give only 6-7% improvement in speed(I assume that the time contol is slow
enough so the program can use the hash tables).

For 200Mhz at tournament time control the difference is probably less than 7% of
speed and you can translate it to less than 5 elo.

It is not significant.
